The Club is based in Newtownard's and the Senior Section play their home games at Londonderry Park on the Portaferry Road. Northland Raiders are affiliated with The NIWFA (Northern Ireland Women's Football Association) and played their first season of football in the fourth division in 2001 winning promotion and getting to the Division Cup final. With the growing success of the team and members reaching an all time high it was decided that a second and third team would be formed as well as a Junior section. FIRST team currently play in the PREMIER division, the SECONDS in
the INTERMEDIATE A LEAGUE and the THIRD squad in the INTERMEDIATE

competed and were RUNNERS UP in the MANCHESTER UMBRO INTERNATIONAL
TOURNAMENT.
